The Financial Manager service is our foundation for proactivity, it evolves around quarterly visits to make sure you and your business keep heading in the right direction by managing your numbers.
Successful business owners know the importance of good quality financial information for decision making.
You will receive:
• A quarterly bookkeeping & VAT health check
• Quarterly Management Accounts
• (KPI) Key Performance Indicators report - Actual v Budgeted
And of course...
• All of the usual year end accounts and tax returns
Here's how it works:
Step 1 - At the start of your trading year we meet to review your strategy* and set out your KPI targets which are used to monitor your actual results against.
Step 2 - Each quarter throughout the year - we visit you to perform our bookkeeping & vat healthcheck and make any fine tuning adjustments to enable us to produce your management accounts.
Step 3 - We then take this a stage further and produce your Quarterly KPI scorecard report which identifies successes and failures in your key numbers so that remedial action** can be taken.
